Having seen Clash Of The Titans in glorious 3D, the first thing you'll notice is that this was obviously filmed in 2D and post converted to 3D. Whilst the Credits and opening shots of the galaxy are impressive there is a distinct lack of extra special 3D effects that make you go Wow!
The movies general special effects are impressive, and the acting is sound, but at times this blockbuster lacked pace. Many reviews on Yahoo! refer to the Original 1981 version as Superior. For someone who can't remember the original and for my child, a new generation to Greek Mythology this is still a decent piece of work and not the waste of money many hardcore fans of the original would have you believe.
